LLMLinq documentation
LLMLinq is one platform for every AI CLI you use. It connects Claude Code, Codex CLI and Gemini CLI: one timeline of every prompt and reply, a knowledge base they can all read, and sessions you can pick up months later. It runs on your own machine, and nothing leaves it unless you ask it to.
Where to start
Install it, run it, and open the timeline. Everything else builds on that, and most of it needs no account at all. If you only read one more page, make it Prompt generation — it is the part people use every day.
What needs an account
Nothing, to begin with. The timeline, knowledge, sessions and prompt generation all work with no account at all — generation runs on the AI CLI you already have installed. An account adds the resource gallery; Premium adds cloud sync between machines. Every page here says which applies.
Where your data lives
On your disk, under ~/.llmlinq. LLMLinq reads your CLI history read-only and writes nothing back to it. Prompt generation runs entirely on your machine, in your own CLI. Data reaches our servers in exactly two cases: when you look up a gallery match, and when you press Sync. Both are things you do deliberately.
